  • Gym Acceptance: We are not liable if the gym does not accept the cancellation notice for any reason. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the gym’s cancellation policies are met.
  • Fraud Claims: We are not responsible for any claims of fraud arising from the use of the user’s return address on the cancellation notice. Users must ensure that their information is accurate and authorized for use.
  • Gym Contact: Some gyms may contact users to confirm the cancellation. We are not responsible for any actions taken by the gym in this regard.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information for the cancellation notice. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
  • Compliance with Gym Policies: Users must ensure that they comply with their gym’s cancellation policies and procedures. We are not responsible for any failure to meet these requirements.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cancel my Gym, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of our services, including any breach of these Terms.
